Health is achieved by learning the basics about your body. What do you feed your cells for optimum function? How do choose efficient physical activities into a busy schedule? When can you take the time for you to re-energize? Learning is one of the pillars of life that both Dr. Catherine Zelner and Ms. Suzette Boyette, ARNP value. They have developed a series of dynamic and educational seminars especially with busy people in mind.
Each class is approximately an hour long where you are asked to leave everything behind as soon as you step in the door. This time is just for you... In a casual and relaxing atmosphere, you will learn about various areas of health such as relaxation, nutrition, weight management, preconception, and hormone management. In addition, experts from the community who also share our philosophy of health will discuss their passions with you too.
No one lives long enough to learn everything they need to learn starting from scratch. To be successful, we absolutely, positively have to find people who have already paid the price to learn the things that we need to learn to achieve our goals.

This seminar, we are so excited to have with us, co-author, Julia Kantecki speak with us about the book, Is Your Body Baby-Friendly? and the issues we need to know regarding your fertility.
You will learn about the five categories of immune problems that may cause pregnancy loss, IVF failure and infertility. She will help you learn how the immune system works and how it can behave in a way that prevents pregnancy from continuing. There will be time at the end for a Q & A for detailed answers to your most important questions.
